  After the practice at the park....picking up the backpack left in Paw Paw's truck....feeding the kids...dishes....one load of laundry started...I never have been one to just lay down and go to bed when I get to the end of a day (even though I should.) I always have to "wind down" a bit before I try to sleep.
  
  I usually take something to make myself sleepy, but forgot to in the middle of everything.
