    Yep, they'll end the auction early for this guy. I wonder if he plans on shipping it directly to the winner. I didn't see any mention of an ffl in there.

    I emailed and asked if he would ship the receiver directly to me.

    Once again, the way to do long URL's so they don't stretch the page:

    {url=" x x x "}Look at this auction {/url}

    where x x x is the actual url and "look at this auction" is the text that appears. But use regular brackets [ ] instead of shift brackets { }

    Just so you know, even a stripped reciever is a firearm according to law. The ATF can and will prosecute you for illegally transfering a firearm if you do not send this to an FFL holder.
    I will not rat you out, but dont want you to get in trouble for a mistake.



    i sent him this, dont care about ebay rules, but if it is an honest mistake, did want im to go to federal "pound me in the ass" prision[:D]

    He ended the auction early with no bids or he may have canceled any bids when he found out it was a nono.

    Yep I checked it was up to 280 when he canceled all the bids and ended it
