Deer Hunt 07 over

Me and my hunting partner had a succesful hunt this year. I do have a sore back though.

Nice..MVP..they both look good..any long distance shots?.or did you sneak attack approach,...do you generally have to glass for Mule deer ?..Loko [8D]

No long shots this year.
I was sitting backed up againt a cliff near a saddle that the muleys travel in the morning and this one popped up out of a ravine abut 200 yds from me with 6 does.

My partners shot was about 175 to 200 also.

The rut makes the Mule Deer Stupid.

yea,..we are in full rut right now w/whitetail bucks..this is the best time to kill a P&Y buck this week..our gun season starts up the 26th..[:p]..Loko [:D]

While capeing my deer I found the 7mm bullet resting against the hide on the opposite side of the entrance hole.
I love the 7MM Magnum.
