kimberkid AKU-94 question

I see your pic of your AKU94 in the other thread and wondered if you bought the kit and did the conversion yourself or if you bought it already done.
I am looking forward to trying mine out at the range.
Just the balance and way it feels and handles I already like it.[8D]
