New "TOY"
I just picked up the Walther P22 today. I bought it for my son, His first handgun, he had a choice between the P22 and the Sig Masquito.
Personally I would have rather took the Sig home, but it was his call. We put about 300 rounds threw it tonight without a problem.
The only thing I dislike is this thing shoots the spent case straight up in the air either hitting me in the head, down my shirt, etc. I was wondering if others have this problem and if it is normal operation of this gun[?]

I handled one of those at a recent trip to a local gun shop. How was the accuracy ? 0 -
It shoots well....half dollar size groups a about 55 feet (indoor range) after some minor adjustments. My son is only 6 and this is the first hand gun he fired....He loved it[:D] 0 -

Yes it is normal if you have the Gangsta version.
Gangsta versions have to be turned sideways when you shoot em.

they make threaded barrels for them, i'll say no more 0 -
I have the same set up....Its a nice looker but....I do have the same problem...Mine also jams...alot....I think its because i use the cheap stuff for shooting....Because when i shoot the 5.00 a box stuff there is no jamming....i think it jams because of the straight up ejection port...and the cheap stuff doesnt have the charge to recover and shoot again...I carry this gun when im out and can carry. 0 -

All their barrels are threaded, it's in the design. If you wish to add a suppressor you'll need an adapter.0 -

I really like mine and have never noticed your problem with mine.I will say that this is the worse gun to reassemble after cleaning[V] 0 -
You guys are slow--I've had one for almost two weeks now. Haven't shot it yet so no brass in the face, but I'll wear a hockey mask to protect me, if necessary. [:p][;)] 0
