Seems like I can't pick anything to see. Help me with your favorites. I went though most of the imdb top-10050 lists already, seen most of'em, still having trouble finding something to watch. 0 -
Mad Max: Fury Road is coming out on friday. for some reason I'm not too optimistic about that one. I think I'll wait to see what the reviews say.
in the meantime I have some ideas for movies I would have liked to do. I want to make a movie about:
"Derringer". some dude that is really, really good with a derringer. super fast and blows everybody away with his tactical skills and great gun handling.
"Clam". a horror comedy about a mysterious clam that eats everybody. it never moves, people just carry it around, but every time someone is alone with it, it gobbles them up. nobody can figure out what is going on.
"Pistolero". lone gunman who is an incredible, super fast shot with a pistol, takes on bunches of dudes armed with rifles and shotguns and blows them all away. really a movie about fantastic shooting skills. starring 1911A1fan, he can do his own stunts.
what are your ideas for movies?0 -
did anyone ever notice how guys in movies shoot their guns and you never see them reload. i wish my guns would work the same way. that would save me alot of money each year!

Christmas holidays is when my wife likes to get caught up on movie watching. I went with her to a few. Any of you seen these?
"My Big Fat Greek Wedding" Funny. Should have rented the video though.
"Gangs of New York" Supposedly based on history. I would have to do some research to verify that. Hard to believe people were allowe to behave that way. If it is true, it is no wonder New York City is still a jungle. Very bloody. Not for children or those easily nauseated.
"Catch Me If You Can" Another based on fact. I remember the main character's story being in the news when I was a kid. Pretty smart con man for a kid.
Found some pre-rented DVD's on sale at Hasting's, 2 for $15.
"We Were Soldiers" Highly recommended.
"Monsters Ball" Didn't finish it yet. Strange.
