    Use a log splitter.... Build a thing for it and go for it.

    go t floridashootersnetwork.com, check the buy sell trade section, guy rents out his jig 20 a pop, and you have to send it to the next person if some one is waiting for it.

    Basically two plates to put the flat on, and start bending. Make sure the lines are right, though.

    I bought a bench brake to bend flats with.
    Unless you live in Seattle I wont be much help though.

    I couldn't bring myself to bid on one of those little 12 brake's but that is a cute little thing. Someday, I'll probably be in Harbor Freight and see one that size and get suckered in to buy it, then find out it ain't square.

    I bid on them for about 6 times at ebay and finally got lucky one night
    I won it for 17.00 and with shipping to my house it was 53.00.
