Tori got me this book the other day. It's huge, hilarious. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a smile/laugh.
They produced something like 6 million copies of the original in the early 1900's. Not a single original copy is known to exist. They arribute that to the lack of TP. They said that they trust that present day readers will have an adequate supply of TP, but if they don't there is a few sheets in the back for that purpose.
Anyway, look for it next time you're out.

As my grandma has informed me. I was amazed as a kid to learn that. She said there was a preference between glossy paper and the newspaper-type.[:)]0
