Constructing a house.
Ok, I'm bored and looking at some of the following houses.

Assuming the houses come cut and ready to wire, with no cabnit or appliances. How much do you guess the final cost to be? I have the actual costs of the homes at my folks' house. The most expensive one, and the one I like by the way, is 100K.
I know I'd need a place to put it (50-75K?) and a basement(Kansas). Any contractors or Realtors want to clue me to a possible final cost?

Have you checked the craigslist site for real estate in the area you seek? Prices there fairly reflect the going prices in most places. 0 -
I haven't done that yet. I browsed some of the listings here for houses; 80K gets a crack house. It's insane since Riley had a division come back. 0
