A new report finds the Homeland Security Department "grossly underestimates" the
number of illegal aliens living in the U.S.

Homeland Security's Office of Immigration Studies released a report August 31
that estimates the number of illegal aliens residing in the U.S. is between 8
and 12 million. But the group Californians for Population Stabilization
www.cap-s.org/main.html , or CAPS, has unveiled a report estimating the illegal
population is actually between 20 and 38 million.

Four experts, all of whom contributed to the study prepared by CAPS, discussed
their findings at a news conference at the National Press Club in Washington
Wednesday. James Walsh, a former associate general counsel of the Immigration
and Naturalization Service, said he is "appalled" that the Bush administration,
lawyers on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and every Democratic presidential
candidate, with the exception of Joe Biden, have no problem with sanctuary
cities for illegal aliens.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the sanctuary cities and the people that support them are
violating the laws of the United States of America. They're violating 8 USC Part
VIII http://tinyurl.com/33vwq2 , section 1324 and 1325, which is a felony --
[it's] a felony to aid, support, transport, shield, harbor illegal aliens,"
Walsh stated.

Walsh said his analysis indicating there are 38 million illegal aliens in the
U.S. was calculated using the conservative estimate of three illegal immigrants
entering the U.S. for each one apprehended. According to Walsh, "In the United
States, immigration is in a state of anarchy -- not chaos, but anarchy."

    No snit wrangler. While I understand that we have a heritage that includes Mexicans as part of the builders of Texas, I get more ticked off everyday at the billboards, store ads and tv ads that are done in spanish.

    Learn to speak english if you want to live here. I sure would have to learn spanish if I wanted to run to Mexico to live.

    Cowpunchers are ecstatic as the rocks and rills are flung ever-higher with each passing day and each powerful pulse of the pounding pistons. The local culture is changing. Everyone from Cowboys to Soda Jerks and Government Workers are purchasing high-end skis and smart ski outfits at the clever, Swiss-themed ski-boutiques that have sprung up from Waco to San Antonio. Raybans are de rigeur. Service is friendly, and the Leather Bars never close their doors. Often, casual groups of the Great White Bears who have begun to frequent the area stroll in and order a round of hot toddies and flaming seal nachos. As they slurp their toddies, they become quite jolly and roar out great bear-y toasts to Janet Reno, their national heroine! [:0]

    Democraps just counting more votes,If they can track you overseas with a credit car or your cell phone the Government knew this all along. Enforce our laws fine and jail employers and close the borders. We can't afford that much welfare. 2004 Kansas spent 183 million to educate illegal students.     Remember the DEMOCRAPS on the Amnesty bill had La Raza in the back room deal giving them veto power on it. O what's this Kennedy and group said just trust us we know what were doing,(38) million they didn't want to tell you about.They wanted all Senators to vote for the bill even before they had finished writing the bill, talk about buying a pig in the poke. 38 million illegals is terrible but the dems wanted them to bring there mon,dad,kids,uncles,aunts and just about anyone else they could sneak in.
