Parking lot - Prestige Parking - directly across the street from the Sheraton Hotel, located at 711 S. Hope Street. It is a small lot. Raymond Herrera has paid for 14 parking spaces, so if you are one of the first 14 vehicles, park your car and then pay Raymond Herrera - it is $6.50

NLC RESOLUTION
The National Latino Congreso's
primary purpose is to create a National Latino Community policy agenda by bringing in as many people as possible as Voting Delegates to vote on policy resolutions. The 2006 National Latino Congreso considered 70 Resolutions submitted via the Internet and the floor of the Plenary Sessions. The 2007 National Latino Congreso will work to refine and expand the policy platform that currently exists.
