coors, miller, camels
went to 7-11 to get some pop, these are sitting on the shelf. why not try them again to see if anything's changed. and some new cigs too.

Coors: aahh, now I remember. tastes like the brewer's yeast came out of some chick's underwear. the rest of the flavor is unremarkable. not really nasty, just... eh. I'd put it above milwaukee's best but below old style (which isn't saying much). on the plus side, I don't think it would give you the beer sheets like old style does. being full price, it's not surprising they don't sell much.
Miller: too salty. I think without the salt the beer would taste allright, if they jazzed up the flavor a little more (sans salt) it would be a competitor to the anheuser-busch beers, but as is, it seems they rely on salt for flavor. some people might like salty beer, they would like this. I don't really. given a choice between miller and old style, I'd drink miller. it's a well made beer, just not to my tastes.
Camels Signature "Infused": a while back, camel had the "exotic blends" flavors. one of them was Izmir Stinger, which had some kind of orange whiskey flavor. this "Infused" flavor tastes like that, but much lighter; when the pack is sitting on the table, you get a whiff of cherry that clues you in that it's part of the flavoring. it's a step between 'light' and 'ultra light' cigarettes; the flavor is pretty up front for a smoke that light.
apparently camel dropped the Exotic Blends line as part of a deal with the surgeon general, maybe that's why they came up with this Signature Blends line. I'd much prefer the Izmir Stinger any day, but this is "allright". in other words... eh. because of the citrus flavor, it doesn't go well with beer, works much better with mixed drinks.

I still drink them both in bottles every couple months, like 1980 all over again. 0 -
Ah, yes, Golden CO. Home of the Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Manufacturing Plant. Oh, there is a brewery there, too. Which explains a few things. 0 -
Ah be likin' 'merican brewskis.
