    The girl shooting the video likely works at that vet's office (since she has access to the cages). Although certainly possible, I think its highly unlikely that a girl working at a vet's office would gain much enjoyment by tormenting a previously abused animal.

    I've seen cats do that that WERE NOT abused in any way. When you cage up an animal, they sometimes go crazy.

    I once had a cat like that attack me. It tore me to ribbons and broke one of my fingers.

    Dogs are no match for an irritated cat.
