DMV Records Outsourced to Mexico!
LOL ... was coming back from the studio this afternoon and heard it on the
radio - KFI from Los Angeles - and there are some very red faced politicians
in Orange County (huge), CA.
... the number of SS #s, phone numbers, addresses, etc. will be HUGE (too).
I wonder if other states/counties in the US have been doing this, too.
I'd mention the IDENTITY THEFT issue involved, but can't spell it - so I won't!

I'd like to know the mechanics of it. To my knowledge, California has one central database for DMV records, and it's in South Sacramento.
Do you know exactly what they are outsourcing, Scott ??
