Yikes! I'm gonna have to get a better battery. Feds are gonna be running it down.
Seriously, that's pretty freaky.0 -
i think that might be invasion of privacy 0 -
Yikes!![:0][:0] 0 -
I've been removing my battery for several years when I'm not using or anticipating the use of my cell.
I do it because of the GPS tracking ability. I never thought that THEY could actually bug one when the phone is off.
This is VERY bad news for those of us who love the Constitution.

Whatever happened to "if you've got nothing to hide, you've got nothing to fear?"
Or my other favorite: "They're only eavesdropping on terrorists!"
Some of y'all wanted it when it was wrapped up in a flag, now all of us have got it now that it's been unwrapped.
Thanks a lot, red states...[xx(]0 -
I could care less. If they want to be bored to tears they can listen in while I talk to my wife, because she calls every hour when I'm away from the house. Maybe I could get the FBI to call my wife every hour and tell her where I'm at? That would save me a lot of time and I could get a lot more done. 0 -
Not me Alpine, I don't want the feds to find out if I like pepperoni or sausage. 0 -
Im gona work it to death, although I have had a Federal clearence, I'm gona have fun with this. Ya hear me Big Brother! sure ya do, come on, say hello. 0 -

I worry more about the video cameras that are showing up everywhere I go!
The cell phone I can put in my toolbox at night. Video cameras all over the freeway and in all the stores are a bit scary!0 -
In the present "state of affairs," I, indeed, have "nothing to hide." That's not to say that situation won't change in the future. Perhaps I'll be the one to initiate the "revolution." Perhaps the demoncraps will assume power from the current "evil dictator Bush." Then, THEN, perhaps I'll have "something to hide...," like my GUNS, my MONEY, my FAMILY, my "RELIGION," et al (in no particular order, mind you). THEN I'll be very uncomfortable with THEIR-controlled FBI or other snoopy agency eavesdropping on my cell phone. If the technology/capability is there now, it will obviously be there THEN.[:(][V][:(!] 0 -

I can buy a pick up and go phone with 10 min for $10.00, no questions.[:D]
I think they would need to be looking at a specific number/phone in order to get any useful info.

In Sweden you can buy a phonecard and u dont need to register that its your phonenumber but they give you some extra talkingtime if u do register.
However the have devices that can sence and identify telephones from let us say a lowflying helicopter...So if they fly over you house and detects you phone.Noticing its unregistered. Then they can still figure out who it is that wants to be anonymous...And why u want to be anonymous ? Very suspicious stuff indeed.Bing and they filed you somewhere.0 -
The cameras make me very nervous when I'm raping, murdering, or just plain shoplifting.
