  I just got an email from him and he says he and his family are OK, and doing some rescue work. He can see heavy smoke from his balcony, and he says something like a half million people are being evacuated.
  
  He didn't say if it's the RIGHT half million, and he didn't say if they were being evacuated to the RIGHT place.
