Cold and flu relief
Found something that actually is tacking the edge off of this bout of cold/flu/black death that I've been suffering from for the past three weeks. Hot black tea with lemon and honey. Call me a pansy, call be a dandy, call me a no good dirty Englishman. I don't care. I can breath and my cough had gotten a lot better in a mater of hours.

Actually, anything with lemon and honey is the best remedy. Hot milk and honey is good though very nasty, hot whiskey, vodka and pepper - are some other remedies. But, yeah, nothing beats a hot cup of tea with lemon and a couple of spoons of honey. Doesn't have to be black tea either, could be water just as long as it's hot. 0 -

2 Theraflu, 4 ounces Crown Royal, bath as hot as you can stand it. Stay in tub til lukewarm. Sleep til you wake up.
