Do Birds Cuss?
I am working on a roof today and noticed a couple Robins busilly feeding their chicks and singing/ chirping like a content little Robin family.
Then a couple hours later I hear a bird commotion and glance at the Robin nest to see a Stellar Jay Squaking on a branch about ten feet away with squaking Robins lunging at it trying to keep it away from the chicks.
I had a good laugh useing my imagination and comeing up with a dialog for bird language.
The auto sensor wont let me type the dialog.[:D]

naah. they're telling it to get lost. cussing isn't in their vocabulary.
dogs cuss sometimes, they know when people are cussing and they don't like it.
deer and elk cuss.0 -
The dirty birds cuss. 0 -
I cuss at birds and dogs sometimes, but it never occurred to me that they might be cussing back. Guess I'll listen closer.
