Too hot to cut down trees..
Just came inside.. whew the air feels good. No rib trouble running the chainsaw. Already did 21 pine trees. Got some more to do next week.

Man, when I read that sentence, it brought back some memories.
When I was about 7, during the summer my dad and I cleared a sweetgum thicket. My first experience with a chain saw. Daddy laughed at me as I could only run it for a few minutes. It was a Canadian 270 (monster).
When I was 9, we spent that summer cutting moc orange trees(off a place 20 miles from home), and splitting them for fence posts. The next summer we fenced 40 acres.
