Am I the only one that is still undecided for the primaries?

Fred doesn't look like he's exciting voters like I hoped.

Rudy, McCain and Romney are closet democrats.

    It's a toss-up between Tom Tancredo and Duncan Hunter for me.

    Yep, wish we could pull all the good parts from each and make up our own "common sense" conservative, 2nd amendment supporting candidate!

    I like a lot of what Fred says but I am not seeing the Passion I would like to see behind his run for the top job!

    Wants us out of Iraq, wants to close the border, wants smaller govt.

    I guess I was hoping an electable conservative candidate would emerge and rally the base of the party. I hear rumors that Huckabee is coming on strong in Iowa. Sure, there a a few second tier candiates, but not one of them are emerging as a conservative and taking on the liberal republicans at the top.

    Heck, then again, I live in Illinois. The race will be over by the time I get a chance to vote.

    I have taken a page out of the Democrats playbook and will be voting for Obama in the primary. I feel that he will be much easier to defeat than Hillary.

    I will not vote for either one in the primary, but I think you are right. Obama is ahead of Hillary in Iowa according to the polling. I don't think America wants a woman in the office, and I don't think, on a national ticket, Obama stands a chance. If the republicans could just come up with someone half decent, they would have a great chance. Maybe someone with Ron Paul's views, but not nearly as nutty acting. Huckabee looks good to me right now.

    A radio station far away, has a questionnaire that you take, and it comes up with a list of all that you agree with and all that you don't agree with the candidates' platforms, with most if not all, of the candidates.

    I've lost the direct link, but it was with the Station WQAD - look for the candidates/questionnaire, or some such.

    I thought I was pretty much in agreement with Thompson, till I took the questionnaire, and found that I most agree with Huckabee!! Thompson was third!!

    Did a little more research, and now am in agreement. Huckabee is most of what I want.

    Ron Paul of course!

    -you wont find a more pro-Constitution candidate
    -end the war
    -cut the size of federal government and wasteful spending
    -cut taxes
    -secure the borders.. no amnesty
    -sound money
    -states rights
    -personal freedom
    -and best of all, he's HONEST and PRINCIPLED. Very consistent voting record.

    he received donations from white supremacy groups. But he also polls higher than any other republican for black people.
