I got this email today. My yahoo account automatically put it into the "trash" file, which is normally full of Nigerian scams.

In an effort to try and get their spam past increasingly sophisticated spam-filters, the (increasingly unsophisticated) foreign spammers have resorted to filling an article with incomprehensible gibberish they copied from an encyclopedia and translated using Altavista Babelfish.
They then hide a bunch of links to their site among the nonsense.
It usually works, since the autofilters can't tell that it's just gibberish, but of course the value as an advertisement is nearly zero.

This looks very similar to a Honda 305 Dream, factory repair manual, that I had in 1968. I concluded that it had been written by a non-English speaking Japanese, translating word by word using only a Japanese/English dictionery.
