WTK: Winchester 42 with mod. choke barrel value
I was looking at the Mod 42 auctions on GB to get a feel for the true market value of my little 42.
It has 95% of the blueing and it's never been refinished or tinkered with. It does not have the solid rib on the barrel.
Here's the kicker. It's the only 42 I've ever seen with a modifed barrel. I've seen plenty with full, but none with a mod. barrel. That might not command a premium, but if it does what should I expect the gun to sale for if I decide to list it?
