i just bought a BOND TEXAS DEFENDER DERRINGER in 45/410 for backup to my MAGNUM RESEARCH BABY EAGLE in 40 cal. what do you think

most altercations with handguns happen within 15-25'. i figured 410 #4 shot for the first round and a 410 slug for the second . i hope and pray that i never have to use it . i wanted something light to cary in my pocket in the summer0 -
a 3-inch 410 shell loaded with #4's would most definately get my attention! That's why I like the "Judge" from Taurus so well. Most "situations" occur at ranges where a 410 would be perfect! And following that shot shell up with a slug would be awesome IMHO. 0 -
Dude, why not just carry an extra mag for the forty cal...

Agree....I carry an extra mag. over a back up. If 24 .40 hollow points isn't enough....well....[:0]0 -
i do cary an extra mag when i take my 40. but as i stated i wanted something light to put in my pocket and carry all the time ,such as in known territory. when i go to the bad lands i take my baby and hope i dont end up at the ok corral[:D] 0 -
