Need FAL 3-Point Sling Recommendation, Please
I recently installed a sling plate for my FAL (between the buttstock and lower) that gives me an attachment slot for a sling. I've tried a Wilderness single-point sling, but that setup is a bit unwieldy with a fully loaded and accessorized FAL (although I *do* like how quickly I can bring my weapon to the ready position).
Anyway, I would like to try a 3-point sling, but I had to remove the front barrel-attached sling mount, to allow the installation of a DSA quad-rail fore-end.
Would anyone have any personal tried-and-true recommendation for a 3-point sling? I can attach any type of sling mount to any point on the fore-end (using an appropriate picatinny sling attachment), so I think that I have a lot of options.
However, I don't want to order a bunch a slings, trying to find one that works. The ideal solution will permit carrying in a variety of positions, including across the back, and preferably will hold my weapon securely while running, climbing, etc.
Lay it on me, fellas. Thanx!

Why don't you try making a sling out of belt webbing?

Good thought, but I'd like something pre-made. 0
