    I'm making "AUTHENTIC Philly cheese-steaks" With the shaved rib-eye from Philadelphia. And rolls from "FORELI'S" bakery ,in Paulsboro NJ! I love, mine on a stamed roll!! w/fried onions,and white American cheese.

    ...Have some leftover grilled steak. It's going in the pressure cooker, with taters, carrots, celery, etc. for stew. Home made cheese cornbread on the side, with real butter and blueberry blossom honey.

    We do that maybe twice a month. Love having breakfast for supper.

    We had KFC chicken strips this evening.

    Zebra, that young 'lass has a good sense of humor. I like that.

    And I love a good 3-egg omelet w/ham&cheese late at night.

    For my upcoming birthday next month, I asked that I make the B-day cake. (I used to cook in a restaurant).

    ....it's a rum cake. Dripping wet. Never goes stale. Well preserved.

    WED EVENING CHOW @ THE DFAC ( that's dining facility for you civilians )

    A guess as to what's on the bill of fair for tonights dining experience, usually food is OK, some days not.

    Glad when the 'MATERS aren't green and yellow anymore.

    No fresh eggs here for months, powdered ones really taste like paste unless liberal amounts of hot sauce are applied..
