Browning WWII (?) INGLIS HP

I'm thinking about buying a Browning WWII INGLIS HP with MATCHING slide and frame. The serial number is 5T4870.

1) Will it be a nightmare to get the parts to put it together? If not, where do I get parts?
2) Is it a WWII (a MKI)?

  It's a WW2 and parts are interchangeable with other P35s.
  It's not a Chinese contract P35.
  Does it have an adjustable rear sight and stock cut?

  Some parts for this are listed here and about every other gun sales site and internet gun parts store.
  
  Pick and choose carefully and buy good parts especially the barrel if the orig. is not available to you.
