I went to the gunshop, bought a mag, looked around, watched a fed ex ladie get stuck, got some Taurus pistols in while i was there, they have a semi auto uzi id like to have[}:)][}:)][}:)] buttt its $600.00

I soooooooooooo wanted to hit the gun shops and pawn shops today but by the time I was ready to go the weather had actually gotten bad. I got called off for work around 7:00 am and by the time I had figured out what to do with my day the weather had actually gotten bad. [:(] 0 -

it was BAD here, didnt plow, expect me here tomorrow, doubtful school... its a 2" sheet of ICE not to mention the snow, on roads.0 -

When the day started I just planned to go to work......
Headed to work early due to the weather. 6+ inches of snow and 40 MPH winds on top of 6+ inches of snow made for a fun ride in. Before I left I packed some extra cold weather gear, a survival bag
and an overnight bag just in case.
I hit the office at the regular time and tried to accomplish a few projects. You would think some of the people I work with had never seen snow before. Most of the county was shut down including every school. But it has certainly been worse than today.
So finally around 3:00 they closed the Courthouse. I had a co-worker follow me the 20 miles home to make sure she got home alright.
On the way home we hit a spot where the drifts were almost two feet all the way across the road. She got hung up for a few seconds.
Some dipstick got inpatient went flying out around both of us and
went nose first into the ditch.
As there was a cop behind him, I did not stop.
I came home and took it nap.....0 -
Made breakfast, did some cleaning around the house, watched a movie, decided after 12+" of snow was on the ground and there were 24-30" of snow around the Element(parked out front), that I had better clear the way or I wasn't going to work at 4am. Plows had plowed us in pretty much. I got the Element out(no shoveling needed) and got out the snowblower. It was too thick for it, I broke my shovel[:(!]!
I spent an hour outside, came back into the house and there were 3" where I had just shoveled.0 -
Went to Wal Fart and found they are going out of the gun bussiness. So I left with the same amount of money I went in with. 0 -

Sounds like a day to call in and tell the boss you can't find your vehicle under all the snow, and you have to wait until spring to get to work when the snow melts.0 -

i had fun .i had the pleasure of pre-viewing 20 police harleys that are going up on the auction block .pretty bikes . 2 1985 fxrp with 8 to 12 thou miles and 18 flhp's with 4 to 21 thou miles .all bikes road ready .strange , this time its a silent auction bid by sealed envelope .we'll no thursday how it went .

Installed new Wheel Bearings and races as well as new tires on a 1988 HD FXR. The guy is a Hell's Angel. Nothing wrong with the Red and White I just don't want to get labeled as a club wrench but I'll take whatever work I can get. All we are getting is rain, haven't had a good snow all season. I know some of you guys are sick of snow but I would like to have one good one this year. 0
