I guess you could use the blunt end to drive tacks, kinda like Festus used to use his revolver to nail up wanted posters on gunsmoke......

"this is the some times impossible to get Bersa Thunder 380"
I never heard of them being hard to come by.........

I had one just like this, the two tone model, and liked it alot. I never had any problem with it, but I never thought of it as a tackdriver either.

What do they think a Tack Is.. ?? Bersa dual tones are very plentiful around here. people buy em cause they are cheap and then want something better..

I've got one and am happy with it. No problems but I wouldn't consider it a "tack driver" and I only paid $198 NIB.

I really like the .380 that I have...IMO more comfortable than my brother's PPK

I like my Bersa and it is accurate, but I would not call it a tack driver. I also would not even consider spending 300+ on it. I bought mine earlier this year for 125 NIB, the same one the two tone. Not what I would think of as impossible to find either, I see them all the time but usually they are overpriced.

LOL, I have a keltec 380 (same frame as the 32) and it is anything but a tack driver. With my glock I shoot 480+ out of a 500 course, with the kel-tec I just barely qualify at 370.

I really enjoyed my Bersa 380 duo tone. It was accurate but not a tack driver at all.
I ended up trading it for a GP100.

Great choice with the GP100.... that is my favorite handgun. Talk about an accurate handgun....

Bursa's usually are accurate due to the design. It is very simular the the Walther design, and they are also accurate. The barrel is fixed and doesn't float, so they are accurate and dependable. I have one of the old original Bersa's that is all steal and milled. I like it a lot. I don't care for the Thunder because I don't like aluminum framed guns, but that's just me.

Most folks who dis them have never shot them, and are just doing so because they are low cost. They are not bad little guns, especially for a glove box gun. The worst thing about them is the .380 caliber. I wish they would have gone ahead and chambered it in 9mm Lugar.

yes a 9mm version would be a really great idea for bersa, I wonder why thy never have done it.

Bersa is a nice looking and serviceable pistol for the money. If you want a tack driver switch to the Sig232. One heck of a lot more money but in the steel version you will be surprised at how well it shoots.
