C&R license documentation Question

Just got my C&R and I am aware of the documentation requriements but still have a couple of questions.

Do I have to list the guns I already own in the "bound book"?

Do all firearms that I aquire have to go in the bound book or just the ones I aquire with the license?

Do modern guns that I aquire through an FFL with the background check have to go in the book?

    The book pertains to your C&R FFL.


    Any firearm obtained NOT with that license.......I don't see why you'd have to log it. Let's say you did log a purchase of a 2007 Ruger pistol in that book....seems like it wouldn't look right as your license is prohibited from being used to get that.

    But I ain't no lawyer...ask Mateomasfeo. :)

    ...List guns acquired BEFORE you recieved your C & R?...NO.

    ...ONLY C & R guns acquired WITH your 03, NEED to be logged as they are transferred to YOUR 03 and that needs to be shown; and of course logged out/shown when sold.

    ...An 01 gun does NOT need to be logged...[;)]

    I believe C & R guns aquired before you got your 03 must be logged out when you dispose of them.

    If you already purchased firearms through an FFL dealer, you don't have to record them in your C&R record. You can download free forms here: http://www.surplusrifle.com/graphics/boundbookpage.pdf
