    Everyone, quick, put orange foamy earplugs in the muzzles of your firearms to save them form the gun-grabbers. They'll be fooled into thinking they're really cap guns.

    Maybe I missed it! But that gun being made in 1900 would still need to go through a FFL would it not? I saw no mention of this in the description!

    I have not had my first cup-o-joe yet though so I may have missed it.

    EDIT: I have had a couple cups in me now! I relooked at this and there is no mention of haveing to go through a FFL and the gun is not old enuff to be exempt from this regulation!

    I say that company is looking to get themselves shut down and very heavily fined!

    Rusty wall hanger.

    Per eBay regulations, if I take an orange ear thingie (I think, per above, that's the technical term) in the barrel, it magically transforms it from an autoclip loading machine assault revolver to a harmless squirt gun.

    Well I personally wouldn't even want it for rusty wall hanger..But it has no business on EBay...
    Contact them and 95% of the time they don't get back with you till the auction is over..Contact the seller and he gets all pissy.
    And what is worse there are often items that I WOULD want and can't get because an FFL is too much of a hassle for the average EBayer.... And I sure ain't risking my collection to buy from an idiot.. that has been aware of the law and still chooses to break it...
    Rant... I know But Ive seen a few wonderful old firearms go across EBay that I can't buy because the seller won't use an FFL....

    That it is non-working does not mean it is not a firearm. In order for it to be exempt from regulation, it would have to be made before 1899, or else have the frame cut per BATF specs.
