Attention: Springfield XD Lefties!

I just hung up with Springfield Armory as I needed an extra magazine for my .45acp. I also told them that I was disappointed that they didn't offer a left-handed holster with their package. The lady asked me for my serial number and said if I bought the package which contained the right-hand holster (which I did), they will send me a left-hand paddle holster for FREE! It will fit both my 9mm and .45acp. I should have it in 7-10 days.

    Sweet! I called when I bought mine a a couple years back and they did not have a lefty holster. Glad to hear that they do now.

    for you XD Sub compact guys (like me) out there. On their website the 12 rd .40 cal magazine costs 25.99. the pinky rest that slips over costs 10.00 even. both pieces put together cost 36.99. I called and the lady told me there's no difference, they just charge you a buck to assemble it or something. Buy the pieces separately and save a buck, or just do like I do, and let the magazine hang out the bottom and save ten bucks.

    My left-hand holster just arrived from Springfield! It's the exact same one as comes in the right-hand kit. It even has the "XD Gear" logo!
