shoot any this weekend?
Went to the range today, helped a friend break in his new G1 pattern FAL on a type 1 DCI reciever. We put about 150 rounds thru it, another 150 or so thru my Rock Island 1911, and I put about 100 thru my "new" SKS.

No, but plan to next weekend.[:)][:)] 0 -
Had my six year old shooting his marlin 15 which is scoped. Let him try his model 60 that aint scoped to see how he did with open sites, and it took a while, but he wound up doing pretty good. Tore up the soup can at 30 yards. The only problem, he didn't know he had a semi auto, and now he don't want to shoot the model 15 single shot any more. 0 -
How are you going to explain to your wife that your son has a bad case of gun envy, and that you caused it?
What on earth is that sign?0 -
U.S. Government M4 Carbine with blanks. Better than nothing, but not nearly as fun as live ammo is. 0 -
I shoot every day that I am home. If it is not dark I am shooting. If it rains I get damp but still shoot. In the evenings I load ammo and clean guns.
Life is good!0 -
My guns are back in Ohio so I haven't shot in several months [:(] 0 -

I shot in the CMMG Midwest 3 Gun Championship this weekend. Just arrived home a few hours ago. I took 5th in Heavy Metal. Top four took home new firearms[:(]. 1st place picked up a FN bolt gun in .308, 2nd took home a Sabre Defense AR15 w/ a stainless fluted barrel, 3rd took home a FN 5.7 pistol and 4th picked up a FN .40. I managed to pick up a fair loot myself, just nothing real big. I'm still happy considering I took last place in Heavy Metal last year. 0 -
Had my first exp. with sporting clays today. It beats the snot out of trap! Fun! It showed me up for the (poor) shot I am (54%, shooting singles). 0 -
Unfortunately I did not. Hopefully I can get my p226 out to the range this week and sight in my 10/22. 0 -
Just enough to want to take my new Single Six out to the range and get it sighted in properly. Couldn't hit a prairie dog at 50 yards using 22mag. Seems to shoot left at that distance.
I did shoot the 1911 a bit. But not so's you'd really notice.0 -
shot the mini a bit. I was even able to hit a fence post at 180 yards. only hit it once though but everything was right there close. 0 -
Racked off a 15rd mag through my Glock 22 Saturday at a silouette target from 15 yds just to make sure I'm still prepared.[;)] 0 -

shot last weekend, buddies wanted to site in their .22's and they brought a homemade steel spinner target they made, wanted me to shoot it with my .50 beowulf at 50 yards, i told them *ok if you really want me to* needless to say it spun once or twice then turned into scrap steel after about the 4th shot then a few hundred rounds of pistol then a case and a half of skeet, here at my house. Having your own range is nice[:D] 0
