I LOVE MY AIR SHOTGUN!!!!!!!

Went browsing at Cabelas and picked up a Gamo Viper Express air SHOTGUN!!! in the Bargain Cave for $175. I love this thing!!! Shoots the equivalent of a .22 shotshell and (with a chamber adaptor that was missing, but I just got of Gamo's website) .22 pellets. The shotshells are a little steep ($7 for 25) but they do a number on a beer can at 15 paces. Claimed velocity with pellets is around 850 fps. I already emptied a box of shells (and a sixer, I needed targets[}:)])

I went in to look at Contenders. I may go back tomorrow for a minty, sock-drawer fresh break-top H&R .38 S&W.

  I had one of the Crossman ones. The cost of shooting it was excessive. The shotshells cost more than .410s & then you had to add the CO2 cartridges. It's too bad they can't come up with reloadable shotshells.

  I have a gamo with 1275 with raptors, they have a new one that puts raptors out at 1600 fps, wow
