You need to get a M3 grease gun for that collection. There's a company making them semi-auto from GI parts...can't remember who it was. Try googling it.

    Nice collection.

I don't even keep such records on my computer, let alone loaded to photo bucket.

I'm just not that paranoid I guess. I figure if they ever start TRYING to take peoples private collections (which would be a huge issue under the 2nd and 5th amendments) it would start with the class III stuff first. There is no way that it could be done swiftly and without warning, and I'm pretty sure that I will have sold most of these by then [:D]

You have a nice collection there. The Luger, Mauser, and P.38 seem out of place though. A few carbines would fit real good.

    Nice collection.

Great suggestion ! I looked at a real one, and the guy was tossing in a Liberator pistol as well...for the low, low price of $25,000.

I found the semi-auto version. It is made by Valkyrie Arms. Looks pretty cool also, but they discontinued the carbine version, and now sell just the pistol.

    Thanks

I was a little hesitant to group them the way I did, but decided to put "collectable" stuff on the main page, and just run of the mill stuff under "modern guns". I do have two M-1 carbines on the main page, as well as a Burnside and Spencer. The Krag and one Trapdoor are both cutdown rifles into carbines. Those two will be for sale shortly.

    I wish !

I get frequently humbled. I live almost directly inbetween the NRA museum, and the Smithsonian, so I remind myself often of what I don't have, but need to get [:p]

To make it even worse, last July I went to the Cody firearms museum, and saw things I'd only seen in books.

I'm gonna pick one up soon, along with a SMLE and a Nambu to try and round out the WWII side of it. Still plenty of others to get.

I used to live in Annandale and in Fairfax City, and have now moved out to Oak Hill, near Herndon. The NRA museum surely is impressive, but in a few weeks I'm headed up to Aberdeen, MD. I want to see some really big shooting arms!

I've lived in both Fairfax city, and Annandale. In Arlington now. Going to do some serious shooting on the 31st. Care to join ?
