* Lloyd Brown, 106, lives in Bethesda, Md.

* Frank Buckles, 106, lives near Charles Town, W.Va.

* Russell Coffey, 108, lives in North Baltimore, Ohio.

* Charlotte Winters, 109, lives in Boonsboro, Md.
