who makes a rifle chambered in this?

  Or get a Rem chambered in 338 RUM and you'll only give up a little (have a 300RUM reamer run into that 338RUM chamber to make the 338-300RUM and you won't be giving up anything). Easier to find both rifles and brass.

  The .338 RUM actually edges the Lapua out with a couple loadings. Brass is a lot cheaper and more readily available as well. I wanted a .338 Lapua until I started checking out the specs on the RUM.
