Introduced to subcommittee. Have heard nothing what is with the "..and other reasons" in the title? 0 -
In the judicary commitee. my bet it will get out later with out the provision that the ATTY General gets to choose which guns to ban.
My hope is that it does not get through the senate
The house and whatever future president we could have I fear are both "rubber stamps"0 -
Have sent many emails. Not sure that helps anymore but, I will continue. 0 -

Same thinking behind the patriot act 'and other reasons'. The 'other reasons' part gave GWB the so-called authority to do anything he wanted. This is the same purpose behind the new AW ban. With loose language you can do about anything with a bill.
How the very loose language 'other reasons' got passed in the patriot act (if it can be called that) is beyond me. Now that libs are in control it will run faster the forrest gump.
hopefully GWB will veto it, and it will not have the necessary 2/3 needed votes.0 -
I think we should march on DC. I think we should track progress of this bill and if it gets too serious, be ready to go. 0 -
we MUST put our foots down. 0 -
I doubt that Bush said that he would sign... Too many have jumped off the republican band wagon already,,, And with Hillary beating on the door, I doubt that Bush would confirm that he is the Idiot that all too many Americans think he is... unless of course he really is... them by Godfery we are doomed doooooooooooooooooooomed. And Bill becomes the first First Man.... 0
