    What caliber are they?

They are 22RF and worth about 150 bucks. Some of the more unusual ones sucker collectors into paying more, but the same can be said for Zippo lighters.

77's? We used to own and shoot a lot of 66's - when they were all the rage -
    but I don't recall any 77's. Must be a 'Jonny Come Lately!'[:o)]

The box magazine 77 just doesn't seem to be as popular as the tube magazine 66 . . .

OK, I'm the high bidder but once again, it cost me MORE than a penny. Still, being a good guy, I'll take it. Let me know where to send my money. [:D]

    Caveat emptor.

These are odd little guns.....they are growing in value a lot like the Winchesters are. The age of the people who want them are the people with money to buy these guns. The twenty-somenthings all want AR-15s and the older guys are remembering when they strapped these to their bikes and rode around the neighborhood.....putting them in a better group to be bid up somewhat.

whitecoulder....since you have obvious sick thoughts about young boys you should avoid me. I will never forgive nor forget what you said and how you let your guard down when you posted your thoughts about my very young son. You stay away from me you sick SICK person!

There's a psychological term for you, schnookems: projection.

I only have the 76 version and only have it because it is scarce...terrible rifle design Named after the type nylon used in the stock. The stock which is also the receiver needs to be cleaned completely after each shooting or it tends to lock up tite break parts or wear out quickly if neglected... the barrel held in place by a trivial litle clip have been known to launch like a rocket! Saw one go eighty ft once!!! Wall hanger in my book!!!

The Bolt actions are cool though it you can find one with a good stock.. Basically a 511 - 512 with a nylon stock and a flat bolt handle.... a nice rifle but the stock are far more fragile than their wooden counter parts!!!

Nylon wouldn't show up on an x-ray so you should be able to take it on a plane, right?

I grew up shooting a 66. I still think its the best shooting 22 I've ever shot. My dad still has it. I've been looking for one myself. Gun shows are few and far in between around here tho.

This is one of the strangest colors I think I have seen. I have had a BUNCH of the 66s....but no other Nylons myself. I think these are more "hole fillers" for people who have various kinds of Nylons and need these to finish off the set.

We had the basic brown...Dad bought it in the 60's and it still shoots as good today as ever. Last gun show I went to there was only one in the whole place. Guy was a little high on it at 250.
