Breaking news, baseball bat murder in LA

On the news, caught by surveliance camera in Kalifornia, Young man chases and executes person with baseball bat. Only one killed, thank God it was a single shot bat. Just imagine if it had been a high cap.[}:)]
Guess Kalifornia will now ban everything but Nerf bats.

    I watched the video on Fox News yesterday. The murderer looked to be a non-white. The murderer came up on an elderly white man who was walking down the street, while carrying an aluminum bat down by his side in his right hand. When the camera picked him up, he was coming up on the old boy from his right rear. When close enough for the kill, he hammered the man's skull with one swift swing of the metal bat. At least, they have this lowlife SOB on tape, and we just might get lucky and catch him.

    Might make for a good defense for us on gun control. Next time the
    issue come up (which is all to often)..ask the judge "which way would
    you rather die"..then play video of various methods.
    At the very least it may drive the point home that guns are not the
    only way of killing someone, even possibly one of the more humane ways.

    In CA, it is illegal to carry a baseball bat in your car unless it's in the trunk (or maybe a locked container?)

    Hmmm after read this I did some searching.... 2006
    35.1 % of all murders in the USA commited with something other than a gun..
    47.9 % of all murders in the USA commited with something other than a handgun (Above + long guns)

    Knives.. Blunt objects.. motor vehicles.. poisons.. fires.. and other (?) made up the list....
