I heard it, I liked it but I don't agree because "I've got the biggest balls of them all"

A true classic in the Ac/Dc song vault. Bon Scott was asked to do a "rock opera" and this is what he came up with. AC/DC has and will always be a rock band.
Another bit of trivia. Bon's wife asked why he had never written a love song for her. He said he would and thus we were given an excellant song, "She's got balls". She divorced him shortly after that.[8D]

I think the band was better with Bon Scott. It just wasn't the same after he died.

I like both lead singers. Bon was a true character, that's for sure. But for Brian to come onboard and continue the rise, that says something. Sure, there were a couple of albums in the 80's/90's that were obviously pushed out to satisfy the record label, but.......they still kick ass over any rock band of their generation.[}:)]

My kids heard it on the radio for the first time and thought it was the funniest thing ever.

My balls are always bouncing, My balls are always full...

I still think they are one of the all time greatest rock bands even after Brian replaced Scott. I just liked Scott a little better. They still put out some great hits after Scott, like one of my favorites, Thunderstruck.

I agree, they are an institution. From the oldest stuff in the 70s to the newest they make good music.

I wish to hell they were on itunes so I could download ALL their songs.

    BIG BALLS
    (1976)
    (Young, Young, Scott)
I'm ever upper class high society,
    God's gift to ballroom notoriety,
    I always fill my ballroom
    (The event is never small)
The social pages say I've got
    The biggest balls of all

    Oh I've got big balls
    I've got big balls
    And they're such big balls
    Dirty big balls
    And he's got big balls
    And she's got big balls
But we've got the biggest balls of them all

And my balls are always bouncing
    My ballroom always full
And everybody cums and cums again
If your name is on the guest list
    No-one can take you higher
    Everybody says I've got
    GREAT BALLS OF FIRE

    Oh I've got big balls
    repeat

Some balls are held for charity
    And some for fancy dress
But when they're held for pleasure
They're the balls that I like best.
    My balls are always bouncing
To the left and to the right
It's my belief that my big balls
    Should be held every night

    Oh I've got big balls
    repeat

And I'm just itching to tell you about them
Oh we had such wonderful fun
    Seafood cocktail, crabs, crayfish...
    Ball sucker

Genius song writting, sheer poetry, insrumentaly complex yet melodious. Sure to go down in history as one of greatest songs of all time. [xx(]

Brian Bon honestly who can tell the difference?

Bon had a little more "charisma". More the show man. Both "singers" seem to honestly enjoy there "work". Something that is seriously lacking in many bands.

Who on this great green earth can say they haven't danced or "rocked out" to "You Shook Me All Night Long"? And don't lie to me and the rest of the world.[}:)]

Never heard of this "work of art" before, but now that I have read the words, it certainly ranks with the love poetry of Shaespeare and John Donne.

ac/dc is the best ever, and are great live

every song they ever wrote is about sex, a cleaver innuendo at the least in each song

Hayseed Dixie's version of AC/DC songs with a hillbilly twang is interesting. Wife hates it.

I'd have thought Angus would have been the first to go; you can't rock like that all night for over 35 years and still kick arse!
