    To troubleshoot your system....it only loads basic functions.

    Press F8 as soon as you start your computer before the system loads.

    Let's say you downloaded something that screwed up your computer....you can roll back the settings to a previous setting if you have that enabled....and it will be just like you never downloaded the problem.

    By pressing F8 key when the computer starts to "boot up". It will give you an option to start up in safe mode. Safe mode starts up with a minimal amount of drivers and programs. It allows you to attempt to fix a problem that maybe occurring on regular startup.

    Along with other things this is true. Usually when you have a problem it occurs right after you wilingly or unwillingly install some form of software and oftem the support file aren't workable with you PC as it is set up. Online Screensaver are notorious for this!!! Anyway after installation your PC say screww this I don't think I like it!! In safe mode you ca go on unistall the suspected software and driver(and do other things) And you will or should be up and running as before....
