    Notice the girl who just rode through wasn't wearing a helmet.
    I'll bet the driver of the car was eyeing that girl when he blew through the red light.
    The girl turns around and comes back.

    Least the driver was obviously concerned for the victim...A lot more that I can say for the guy that hit a (Now Dead) Cyclist here a few weeks back that all efforts locate the driver have failed.....
