Kennedy was not a war hero.
He was the only Captain of an American Naval vessel in history to ever have his command cut in half by an enemy ship 100 times his size and 1/10th as maneuverable, while managing to get half his crew killed.

This was at a time when democrats were patriots willing to stand and fight for a country they loved. You won't find any morwe of them.0 -

This was at a time when democrats were patriots willing to stand and fight for a country they loved. You won't find any morwe of them.
As near as I can tell we are weak in the patriot dept in both parties....I fear that even the Republican leaders are just pacifying us for the vote....

While I won't argue any point in your statement, I do see much more of a problem in those running on the democratic side. It's sad when we don't have a patriot running who isn't willing to either sell us out on the constitution or wimp out on the fight with terrorism.[V]0 -
