This was on the radio programme I listen in the am and also on www.showbuzznbc.com and also reported in the news papper...

Do not download pics of Vanessa Hudgens onto your computer...you could be charged with having child porn....Yes she may be of legal age now but the pics were taken when she was 14 and 15 years old and you will be charged with having possession of child porn.....

From what showbuzz said, 15 men have been charged and are awaiting trial...

    With all the freaking porn on the net one never knows just how old some of these girls really are. And some law enforcement ( Note I said some ) are mean enough to actually trap someone doing that. Persoanlly the best defense, simply stay away from porn..LOL I know...I know.. crazy idea.

    Vanessa is the girl in High School Musical...her nude pic made the rounds and on here....She made the announcement it as a "mistake" and then it came out she was 14 when the pic was taken, not 18 as stated on the news...

    So, is the boyfriend who was having sex with the 14 year old girl and taking nude photos of her going to be charged? If she was 14 that would be statutory rape and possession of child porn (if not producing child porn if that's also a crime).

    You sure about this because the two sources I saw on this issue both stated she was 18 at the time of the photo(s). I have seen one photo and she doesn't look 14 to me (not that I am an expert on what naked 14 year old girls look like).

    yet with just the reporting of such a story stating "don't look at it or download it", you are aware that that is enticement right?
    it's akin to telling someone that they can't taste the turkey on thanksgiving until everyone gets there for dinner. i don't know a single person that can resist the taste of a good oven roasted turkey just for the satisfaction of saying "i tasted it first and hmmmmmmm good"

    She admitted she was 14 at the time.....

    Not looking 14 is not a sure way to know if she is...I have no idea of the pics taken by her boyfriend or of her having sex..if those pics exist then only you seem to know about them...

    She did NOT admit she was 14 when the pics were taken. She has said, and Disney has said, she was 18. They were supposedly for her "boyfriend" and someone else got them. Your web site showbuzznbc doesn't seem to exist. www.showbuzz.com does and there is no article citing what you are saying there. LOTS about the pics, but not your story. A search of the major newspapers in this country turned up no story or stories either. If you can cite sources other than "I say so, I heard it," please do so.

    okay here is a law lesson for some of you. a nude picture of a 14 yr old girl in american is NOT A CRIME. it is only a crime if the picture is "lewd or sexual in nature". the supreme court has ruled on this issue before.
    i have seen the picture of vanessa and it is CLEARLY not sexual in nature. it merely shows her nude and standing. this picture is LEGAL whether she is 14 or 18.
    i have it on my computer. the police can come over anytime :)

    THANK GOD! I was going to burn the picture of my daughter taken when she was about 9 months old. You know the one...all parents have one just like it. Kid nekkid on the fake bear skin rug smiling up at the camera? I would HATE to go to jail over that!!

    WAIT...better call my mom. She has the exact same picture of ME from back in 1962! Guess she will be OK too! [:D]

    Never said there were pics of her having sex. The one nude photo I have seen was supposedly taken by a boyfriend. I just sort of assumed they were having sex since he was taking nude photos of her.

    Her story is changing if she NOW says she was 14.
