This law will never pass...it is in violation of:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firearm_Owners_Protection_Act

Guam has a mandatory firearm registration requirement....why? They did it prior to this Act being created.

They may get the sheeple to allow a "assault rifle" registration program...but I doubt it.

I don't think the police want to enforce that one.
Rendell is nuts if he thinks it will fly.

The Pennsylvania State Police have had an illegal firearm database for some time. They just want money for their illegal registration system to make it...better:

They already know every firearm you have bought and own.

New residents and resident FTF long gun transfers would not be in the system.
PA has 300,000 NRA members and plenty of hunters.

PICS is BS anyway...other states use NICS, which is FBI/Federal..no, nooo, not PA. Have to employ some politician's relative with a cushy state job...and PICS is about bankrupt anyway.

I love and hate this state. Philly needs about 15 megatons, and things would be just ducky[:)]
