A tale of two companies
I recently made a couple of online purchases. One was a Sabre
Defense mid-length flat top upper from Talon Arms. The product
could not be of a higher quality, and the customer service from
these people was outstanding. After my purchase, I was immediatly
given tracking information and they checked in with me to make sure
I was satisfied with every aspect of the deal. It could not have
gone any smoother.
The second item was some AK parts from Florida Gun Works. It has
been over 2 weeks now, and no info whatsoever from the company and
no response to emails. And I should have checked past threads here
to get some feedback on this company, because now I find out that
other people here have had similar problems with them. Keep
the good and bad reviews coming, because for many of us it is the
only way to know the character of the companies we are buying from.
I blindly figured that if a company has a slick ad in a high profile
magazine they must be OK. But it is your info that really counts.

Might want to start getting your AK parts from TAPCO. I've ordered from them many times, and they are great to deal with. 0
