Order in pizza, Chinese food or bring in something from a local fast food restaurant?
We do it usually once a week, mostly Chinese food but an occasional Domino's pizza.

Depends. The wife and I will go out for lunch (not fast food) once or twice a week sometimes. Other times we don't order out for weeks on end. But when we do, it's usually pizza. 0 -

Once in awhile, on my doctor days, I'll cave breakfast or lunch at the local hospiyal cafeteria. Reallygood choe, and half the price of fast food - better for you, too.

My wife & I will have a "fast food" lunch at Costco deli, usually once per week, which is our regular shopping day; and lately we've been ging to the VA hospital about once per month and they have a very good sandwich shop on site. Can't remember the last time I was in a McDonalds. 0 -
Order IN? As in delivery? Never, because there is no place that will deliver here. There used to be a pizza joint, but it closed. If it were available, we would probably use it not more than twice a month.
Bring something from a fast food place? Nearly never. Nearest fast food is 15 miles away, in Commerce, and we rarely go to Commerce. Every GREAT once in a while, one of us will be in Greenville, 17 miles away, and bring something home, but the food always cools on the trip home, so we don't do it often.0 -

Most Thursday's are grandparents night, they usually come over to see my daughter and take us out for dinner.
Weekends we usually eat at home except for dinner. No fast food, mostly deli type sandwiches.0 -
