Dear Senators and Representatives:
I agree with amnesty for all "undocumented workers", as long as:
1. I receive amnesty for all unpaid parking and speeding tickets, and for up to 4 felonies for the next 18 months
2. I only have to pay 2 of the next 5 years federal income taxes due
3. I can pay in-state tuition to any state in the Union for the rest of my life, regardless of where I live
4. I can offer my relatives in other countries, legal residency and a path to citizenship here
5. I can draw social security disability for not understanding Spanish, unless an "English only" clause is enacted
6. All elected officials take a 15% pay cut to reflect the wage drop that will follow
7. All elected officials pay an additional 10% in taxes to cover the "new" residents' health care costs
8. The Congressional pension fund can be used to supplement Social Security when it goes broke
This will cost the (other) taxpayers only an average of about $20,000 per year. That's not bad, compared to the $17,000 per year taxpayers are paying for illegal immigrants now, and the average additional $22,000 per year that will be paid after amnesty is granted (that totals $39,000 per illegal immigrant per year).
As for the additional $30,000 paid or forfeited by elected officials, that is certainly not much to pay for the Hispanic vote. Don't you think?

I understand that Bush doesn't think its fair for them to pay that 5K fine so that will not happen.
I keep sending the e-mails to my senators. That about all I can do.[:0]0 -
What idiot, thinks these people will EVER pay a 5k fine?
Also,.......do you believe they will leave for the required period of time, and then come back?
They have already been complaining that the "fine", is unfair!
If any of you believe this,........I have some beautiful mountain property, in Florida for sale,........contact me![;)]0 -

i find it sad that American citizenship is being devalued to walmart prices...should NOT be for sale ....elected officials that ignore the constituents intents should not be fined ...THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 -

If this is the best that D.C. can do lets nuke D.C. and start over. 0 -
Those figures aren't even close, but it makes for a good rant regardless.
The problem with expressing a desire for truth and accuracy is that the average clown immediately assumes you don't agree with the concept, and that's a major error.
It is actually possible to be in agreement with a concept, but still point out the errors in facts.0 -
