what doesnt Congress understand?

The great majority of us just dont want 12,000,000 illegal aliens who broke our laws pushed down our throats and given amnesty. We just want them gone. What part of this doesnt our Reps. and Senators understand?
We want We want immigration controlled and limited so our schools, hospitals, welfare and police can slowly keep up with this flow. Also
careful health exams, not people who can (and are) spreading diseases.
We want people who can speak our language and read our language. Otherwise they are not enployable and unable to care for themselves.
We want our borders controled so this doesnt happen again and again or
even this time. We want immigration done in a proper, legal way. We
want a quota set. Just what dont our Senaors, Represenatives, and our
President understand about what WE want and should expect from THEM??

    Sorry MrOrange this is one of the most important issue we face and if it offens you just don't open it and go on. Illegal is illegal and they broke the laws, what would they say if we loaded up and went in to Mexico or any other country. If they want to come here there is a way, get in line. Leave your family home until you become a citizen and can pay for their care, it's not my job to support illegals and their extended familys. We can't be the worlds keeper of the poor and survive.

    Yes,........I also think this is considered "general discussion", as it is very important.
    Guess all you want is what is your favorite drink, whats for dinner,etc.......blah,....blah,....blah.

    Strange, I thought this was a "general discussion" forum? Seems like I am not the only one who thinks this and posts here on this subject.

    The folks in DC don't give a rats rear about us. All they want is to keep their party uppers happy and stay in office.

    Its time to vote and clean them all out.

    But, there are so many immigrants that will keep them in.

    Well, I sent an email yesterday to one of our Senators, Trent Lott, and told him, if he supports this immigration bill, I and my wife will do our utmost to insure he is not re-elected. That includes any other politician that falls within our voting jurisdiction.

    Things are getting wayout of hand when you pass a store and all the signs are in Mexican.If they didn't have pictures on the signs , I wouldn't know what they were selling.If only twenty percent of the illegal brought over five pounds of cocaine would that make them real to you? How about if every thousandth one brought a part of a dirty bomb in to the U.S.? Call everyone of your senators and make life hard on them.[:)][:)][:)]
