Browning auction listing advice needed/wanted
So, what do you all think? I'm going to be listing 4 Brownings for auction. One is a Model 71 .348 high grade rifle, one a Model 1886 45/70 high grade rifle, a model 1895 30-40 Krag High grade rifle, and a Model 53 32-20 "Deluxe". All 4 as new in the original boxes. My question is, should I list them as one lot or individually? They all have the same serial number! Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance,
Ed

PLEASE KEEP THEM TOGETHER!!!
What you have is rare and Browning collectors (my personal experience) will pay a premium for all matching serial numbers. Set it at a very high price. Guns sell best when sold individually; however, in this case they will command a PREMIUM since they all match. Add about 15% to the top value of each gun if sold individually. If no takers, then break them apart but wait it out to be sure. Good luck0 -
That's the direction I'm leaning. Thanks for the input...... 0 -
As these are all jap guns I would list them seperatly with a cross link to the other guns. If a buyer wants all four he will pay for them. Be sure and list the item numbers on the forum. Good luck. 0 -
keeping them together limits your customers. If your goal is to make as much money on them as possible then try it together first. 0 -
Thanks for the opinions. I'l be listing them real soon as a package. I'll try that and see how it goes. Instant browning collection!! 0
